An over-dimensional permit is required when any truck operates outside the legal limits provided by each state. Most states require permits when GVW is over 80,000 lbs* on 5 or more axles or if the load exceeds 8'6" wide and 13'6" high. If you are driving a Power Unit across any un-apportioned states, you will need Temporary Authority and Fuel Tax Permits to be legal. Here at Viva, we can help you obtain any Oversize/Overweight permits, Temporary Reg/Temp Fuel Tax permits, or Annual permit requests. With our fast and efficient service- we know you will be on the road quickly and safely.
How Much Does Your Service Cost?
We charge a $20 service fee per permit, including a 4% transaction fee if paying by card. Some states have a separate processing fee, which will be listed on your company invoice. All official Invoices will be sent out by the end of the day each Friday. Daily invoices are provided upon request.

Make/Model/Serial # of the load
Load dimensions & piece count
Overall dimensions
Axle weights and axle spacing measurements
Starting & ending address and any specified route you'd like to travel*
*Please note that we will always apply for any route requested, however, it does not mean the state will always issue the permit with the requested route. No route is guaranteed.
